The Giveaway is open to residents of the United States, Canada, and Mexico, aged 18 and over. To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in SpoofCard’s social media post or blog post. The winner will be selected at random and notified via a) direct message on Instagram and/or Facebook or b) via text message, within 48 hours of the contest ending. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to allow us to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

This Giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by any social media platform and the prize received by the winner is paid solely by SpoofCard LLC unless otherwise mentioned.

ENTRY DATES:

Start date and end date & time as outlined in the Social Media or Blog Post (“Contest Entry Period”).

WHO MAY ENTER:

Giveaway is only open to United States of America, Canada, and Mexico residents (except where outlined differently) with valid phone numbers. Entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Those who enter may need to provide proof of residency upon request.

CONTEST ENTRY:

To enter, follow directions as outlined in SpoofCard’s blog post published directly on www.spoofcard.com/blog or social media post on SpoofCard’s official social media accounts. Instructions for registering and/or posting comments are included on the social media and/or blog post. Additionally, participants may enter any contest and/or giveaway by mail. On paper, legibly write your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address (if applicable), and name of the promotion. Then, place the entry in the envelope and affix the appropriate postage. Finally, mail your entry to: SpoofCard LLC, 101 Crawfords Corner Rd Suite 4116, Holmdel, NJ 07733. Envelope must be postmarked on or before the entry deadline specified in the giveaway rules.
