Our Texting Feature Is Getting an Upgrade

On Friday, March 25, our SMS provider experienced an unexpected outage that has directly affected SpoofCard’s texting feature. Since we are committed to always providing the top-tier service that you have come to expect from us, we have decided to move forward with a new SMS provider beginning today.

What This Means for You:

As we test and implement this change, SMS capabilities will not be available. We anticipate efforts may take up to two weeks. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused as we recognize this is a key feature used by many of our customers.

We ask for your patience and understanding while we make every effort to move to an SMS provider who can better serve us and our customers. These updates will ensure you have the best experience possible and will continue to give you the privacy and protection you need.
